The assistant chief’s presence helped symbolize the fact that the District’s cooperative work with the Houston Police Department to keep the lid on crime is a front-and-center component of economic development in our area.
National Night Out is an annual event to strengthen community ties with law enforcement, but we encourage close cooperation between police and the public year-round. “See something? Say something!”
